Refund policy (no-risk-idos)

To minimize risk, we have decided to introduce a no-risk IDO system for every participant, regardless of their tier. This protective system can be utilized within 7 days after the listing of the token purchased through the IDO*.

Important: The 7-day period is counted from the start of token distribution, regardless of when the IDO took place. This is designed to ensure complete protection. Requirements to participate in the refund program: anyone who has not yet claimed their tokens from a specific IDO can participate in the refund program. Claiming is equivalent to waiving the right to a refund. There are no additional requirements regarding price action. After initiating the refund, the user can claim 100% of their contributed funds. The claim can be made a few days after the refund request, and there is no deadline for claiming.
